There are many differences between leaders and managers.

A leader has followers while a manager has subordinates. The followers love their leader and this person acts as a role model. They adore their leader and follow the directions that the leader proposes. To them, the leader is one person who knows it all, they charge this person with the responsibility of making important decisions on behalf and they obey and trust them. The manager on the other hand does not have die heard followers…
