Apply path-goal theory to a work group you are currently in. How well does the leader’s style match the follower characteristics and task characteristics of your work group? Be sure to include supporting evidence from your textbook or other scholarly resources within your response.

Assignment 3.1
In a 2 page paper compare and contrast the various ethical perspectives. Find a current event in which a sacrifice has been made in an individual’s own life out of an obligation to another. Discuss the event (s) and what our responsibilities are to others? Should there be limits? Lastly, are these decisions morally or culturally driven?
OR
Using one of the Decision Making Formats discussed, analyze an ethical decision facing society. What conclusions can be made from your analysis? Be sure to include supporting evidence from your textbook and/or other scholarly research within your response.

The scores you received on the Path–Goal Leadership Questionnaire provide information about which styles of leadership you use most often and which you use less often. In addition, you can use these scores to assess your use of each style relative to your use of the other styles.
In a 1 page reflection paper, reflect upon your findings. Use the following questions to help guide your reflection:
What do your scores suggest about your leadership style?
As you interpret your responses to the Path-Goal Leadership Questionnaire, ask yourself what are your strengths and weaknesses? Can your weaknesses be improved upon, and if so, how?
