Review your classmate’s “My Experience” content and select two to provide feedback on. Use the following as a guide, placing yourself in a leadership (superior rank) role:
Provide detailed, personalized feedback for the job well-done.
State specific areas that are worthy of recognition, and why.
Describe the impact of the work well-done – and how you will reward it.
(Part II should also be provided as a peer response to each classmate).
