1. Is there a role that is not being met in the courtroom work group? If you were to add another person to the group, who would it be? A victim’s advocate? Someone else?

2. Many debates are held regarding capital punishment, but isn’t it surprising how controversial fines can be as well? What steps could be taken to ensure that a fine is not a source of inequality?

There isn’t any role that is not represented in the court room work group. All the respective positions have been effectively filled as required. If I was given the change to add another person to the work group. I would consider a victim’s advocate. This is because of the necessity to have advocates representing the clients or victims and their demand..
