Using the Chapters 1 – 6 and additional research, select a topic that you believe is the most important to labor relations. This can include subtopics that coincide with your main topic. Write 3 to 5 pages to discussing how it applies to the employment practices and employee rights. Your research should include a real organization impacted by your subtopics.

This assignment must be in APA format with a minimum of 5 references. Cover page and reference page must be include in addition to the 3 to 5 pages (1500 – 2000 words). Submit assignment on blackboard as an attachment.
