As an HR professional when using a collaborative approach I would first see what type of position I would be hiring for and ask ideas of what the team that works with that position needed had. It is always good to get the input from the team on what that position should consist of. They might have some great suggestions on what to put into the job description.
I think there are many key components in a job ad. The first one would be the title. Usually this is the first thing that people look at. I know when I was looking for a job I wanted to make sure it had a management position title. I would also be very descriptive in the the job description and make sure it outlines what is expected of the employee. Skills needed to perform their job would be another major part of the ad. We would need to know if the employee qualifies or has these skills. Always make sure that your contact details or how to apply for the position is available and clear on the ad.
Collaborate with another leader or someone you trust to go over the job and the design you have created to make sure it is clear and concise.

Each person in the group is treated fairly in the group and the group of people are working together to achieve success in the same goal. When creating a Job ad, you would want to add the most relevant key points without over describing the information. Each person will work together to come up with key elements to add on the ad. Making sure the message is clear and straight to the point.
