How to manage an IT project

Scenario: A project with a list of activities list/time in weeks of duration and predecessors

• Discuss how to manage an IT project and how this is represented by project plans 
• Draw a network diagram for the activities noted in the chart above
• Calculate the earliest expected completion time based on the chart above
• Show the critical path for the time line noted above
• Discuss what would happen if activity 6 were revised to take six weeks instead of two weeks.
• Construct a Gantt chart for the project defined in Problem
The software link for the Project application was posted in Weekly Materials. Be sure to address all bullet points and include the Gantt Chart within the paper as a screen shot as well as provide the MS Project version as an attachment.
The paper must be in APA format, with a minimum of 3 references and be a minimum of 3 pages in length (not including the title and reference pages).
