Introduction
Many people used to believe that managers were born rather than being made. They believed that people were born with managerial skills that enabled them to become managers. However, studies conducted reveal that managers are created rather than being born. According to studies conducted, hard work and determination were the most essential factors in making a person a good manager (Ignatiuk, 2009).
