The goal is to write an interview paper over the topic: How has mass media changed the law and how we look at it today and what role does mass media play in society? What does mass media look like for law and society moving forward.

This paper should be organized as followed.

o Your goal.
o Your interview questions. (submitted as an exhibit or separately)
o Who you interviewed.
o The biographical profile of your interviewees.
o The reason why you selected the particular interviewee as the subject of your paper.
– Issues and Rules
o What aspect(s) Law and Society is involved.
o Any historical information about the particular aspect(s).
o Any laws involved.
o Literature review.
o Societies past and present view on the aspect(s).
Analysis and Conclusion
o What you learned.
o What patterns and themes you identified.
o What you can conclude about your interviewee’s perspective on the aspect(s).
o The implication of your findings.
o Whether there are any ways to improve your findings.
o Suggestions for any laws or rules to correct any identifiable wrongs.

o The paper should include a coversheet.
o Margins should be exactly one inch on all sides.
o Utilize Times New Roman 12-point font.
o The paragraph line spacing should be double spaced with 0-point spacing before and after
each paragraph.

o Sources are to be properly cited.
o Your annotated bibliography should include a minimum of five sources.
o Utilize Times New Roman 12-point font.
o The paragraph line spacing should be single spaced with 0-point spacing before and after each
paragraph.
o Sources should be credible such as from statutes, case law, academic journals, law reviews,
and books by reputable authors.
o Credit will not be given for sources for Wikipedia, general websites, blogs, social media, or
opinion-based news articles and magazines.
