Based on the knowledge acquired from the module, groups (of 4 or 5 members) will be formed based on the World Trade Organization communication papers in relation to the ‘United States – Certain Measures on Steel and Aluminium Products – Request to join consultations’.
Groups will be the country representatives from Thailand, China, Russia, India and the EU that will appear before the WTO conflict resolution department to pose their arguments and evidence in relation to the implications for their countries of the US decision to impose 25% tax on Steel and 10% tax on Aluminium.
