Locate your U.S. District Court with jurisdiction over where you live in San Antonio Texas and determine how documents may be filed with that court. Does the court allow electronic filing of documents? Are there any local requirements for your U.S. District Court?
Also locate the local state trial court (County or Parish) and provide the local rules regarding the filing of complaints, answers, and other documents within your state court system.
