In my opinion, it was the right step for the officer to be held accountable for his actions and to be convicted of the crime. At the point of making the arrest, the officer had done a good job by handcuffing the suspect and then putting him under control. This however got worse because when it came to putting leg cuffs on the suspect, the officer lost his cool. He physically beat up the suspect despite the fact that the suspect was already in hand cuffs and did not cause any reasonable threat to the….
