Sparta and Athens were rival city-states in the 5th century BCE in Greece. They were some of the most developed areas in the classical era, thereby playing a vital role in western civilization. The two city-states had different cultures, thus making them distinct from each other. Based on the cultural analysis of the two urban areas, I would have chosen to live in Sparta over Athens due to good treatment of women, strong military, and stable political environment…………………….
