This is what I wrote at the beginning
I always share my feelings, emotions, and information with my family and friends. I am generally expressive but only with specific people. Communication has impacted my personal life since sometimes I limit myself to asking questions or speaking out of fear, nerves, or shame to the unknown public. Communication in my education has been difficult as English is not my first language. To this day, I continue to develop my speech and improve my accent, given that it requires constant practice of learning. I am a server in a senior community. Yes, I build communication in my work since I have to deal with the public daily. At first, it was difficult because I was not used to talking to strangers, but now I feel comfortable and safe. However, if something becomes complicated, I usually ask my colleagues or my supervisor for help. Business communication skills are what I want and need to learn from this class, which are, written communication, be a natural listener, collaboration, and teamwork. Also, feeling a much more confident person when communicating with people I do not know.
