Supervision in Action: Flight 001
The grim reality in mid-2011 was that most Americans did not think they would be able to maintain their current standard of living, and with 15 million or so unemployed, there were few optimists about job opportunities. Yet, IBM, Coca-Cola, Google, Intel, and Caterpillar were doing well because of their international strategies. Flight 001’s stated goales were to have stores in every major citgy in the world. They would do this by adding twenty-five to thirty stores in the next three to five years.
