For this Performance Task, you will answer a series of questions about your experiences, activities, passions, and desires as they relate to the field of nursing. You will then select a declared legacy and design a legacy map that will identify activities and goals to help you achieve your legacy.
Submission Length: Eight short-answer questions and a concept map (approximately 3–4 pages)

Before submitting your Assessment, carefully review the rubric. This Assessment requires submission of one file, a completed Assessment template discussing your declared legacy and how you will achieve it along with a completed legacy map. Save your file as follows:
Save the completed Assessment Template as IN3006_ firstinitial_lastname (for example, IN3006_J_Smith). Please use the template provided to complete your Assessment. Assessments submitted not using the template will not be accepted, and will be returned.
