Good manners are very essential in moving an organization forward in the business world. Success in business is determined by how the business person applies etiquette in his or her activity. For example, through etiquette, a person can a job or promotion.
While working with a team in the business field, etiquette can be of great advantage. Through etiquette, you can share ideas effectively (Chaney & Martin, 2007). This enables you solve various issues that might arise in the course of your duties. For example, during group meetings, you will be polite to each other, thus giving every person opportunity to fully share his or her ideas.
