Paper on Sexual Harassment and Assault in the workplace

The purpose of this project is to show our knowledge of ethics in the workplace by using a problem-solution model to solve an ethical dilemma that happens in the real world. The restrictions that were put on this assignment are that the strategy the group recommends must help the organization(s) in solving the problem but it cannot include politics or restructuring of the organization in any way.

My task in the project is the problem at hand and why it is an ethical problem that must be dealt with.
