Introduction

Law seeks to govern all the activities that take place in the country in every field in order to ensure that everything in every field is carried out in the right way. Different Acts are brought about by the legislature in order to ensure that there is smooth running of activities in different fields as change in time necessitates. There are different Acts that have been brought about to deal with issues pertaining to employment in the country. Employment laws govern the rights and responsibilities of the employees and the employers. They inform different aspects from hiring of employees, the working conditions provided to them and retaining of such employees.
