Observation experience paper in the Emergency department

This is supposed to be a 2-3 page paper. 2 pages is enough as long as its APA and it answers the 4 questions on the rubric. 1-2 paragraphs for each section. Its about the one day I was in nursing clinical on the emergency department at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn. You can realistically make up anything, but one thing you can include is that I had a full code that day, a guy fell down his stairs and his wife found him laying there and he was rushed to the hospital, and was pronounced dead. We shocked him 3 times, and did compressions but he had no pulse and doctor called it.
