The Mediterranean Gecko is scientifically known as Hemidactylus Turcicus. The other common names for the gecko include Butiki, Chuck, Trunk and Conabio. This type of Gecko has vertical pupils, stick toes and its eyes do not have eyelids. The species can be distinguished from the others since it has a warty, bumpy skin.
