Can someone please help me with the Part 2 of this assignment:

Scenario:

You’re interning in early childhood education, and one of your patients is concerned that her 2-year old daughter has not began speaking. Your program mentor advises you to research cognitive and language skills during this period, including factors that may attribute to developmental delays.

Should be written as a content expert, such as a teacher, medical professional or counselor providing information to the parent or caregiver.
