Hi,I’m a big believer in dreams, and I think that most dreams have meaning to them and especially connected to our last thoughts of the day, before we fall a sleep (it can also be from during the day but mostly before we fall asleep).
From my own experience I dream a lot and mostly about feelings I am trying to keep quite, like my fears or grief.
I find very useful and important to analyze those dreams and listen to yourself and to your needs even if it is uncomfortable.
