In your opinion, was it neurotic or realistic for Metternich to have a “dissolution complex” about the dissolving or breakup of his very diverse Austrian Empire? Explain your position by giving two detailed examples to support your conclusion.

It was extremely realistic for Metternich to dissolve the Australian empire. It was apparent that the diverse communities that made up the Australian empire were vehemently opposed to assimilation. Different ethnic communities that made up the Australian Empire were becoming nationalists. This meant that each different community wanted to be independent of different communities. Metternich while in power had made certain that different communities bin the Empire co-existed b with one another…………………..
