The major issue which has been affecting residents from our community is diabetes. This illness is so common with victims having symptoms such as high blood pressure, excess urinating, blurred visions and weight loss. These diseases affects people regardless of their age but it is quite common in adults especially those who do not observe proper diets and health practices. The disease is incurable but can be maintained to a level where the patient will be able to live a longer life that he or she would have lived if they failed to have the right treatment and medication.  Being such a prevailing disease, it should be the right one to address so as to inform people on the right procedure and preventions measures which will ensure that the disease is well managed………………..
