Theodore Robert Bundy was an American serial killer, burglar, rapist and kidnaper of the 1970s who murdered young women and girls after assaulting them sexually (Holmes & Holmes, 2000). During his execution Bundy confessed to 30 homicides in a period of four years since 1974. However, the true number of victims is not known with fears estimating the number to be higher than what he confessed.
