    • Your situation analysis should include the following components:
      • Company Description:
        • Provide a brief overview of the company, including its industry, products/services, target market, and current position.
      • PR Crisis Description:
        • Detail the specific PR crisis the company is facing, including its causes, key events, and timeline.
      • Stakeholder Analysis:
        • Identify and describe the key stakeholders affected by the PR crisis. These may include:
          • Customers
          • Employees
          • Investors (if applicable)
          • Media
          • Community members
          • Regulatory bodies (if applicable)
        • For each stakeholder group, analyze their interests, concerns, and potential influence.
      • Communication Landscape Analysis:
        • Analyze the current communication landscape relevant to the client and the PR crisis.
        • Identify:
          • Key communication channels (e.g., social media platforms, traditional media, online forums)
          • Key influencers or voices
          • Existing public perception and sentiment
          • Opportunities and threats in the communication environment
  3. R.A.C.E. and ROPE Application:
    • In a separate section, define the R.A.C.E. writing strategy and the ROPE model.
    • Explain how your team will use these models throughout the project to develop a strategic and effective communication plan.
  4. Report Format and Submission:
    • Prepare a professional written report (2-3 pages, excluding title page and references).
    • Use clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
    • Cite all sources using APA 7th edition format.
    • Include a title page with the assignment title, team name, and date.
    • Submit your report as a single PDF file through Canvas.
