This plan will include the following:
A personal statement of values and beliefs that provide the foundation for the plan.
A demographic profile of the students and the grade level for which this plan is designed.
The basic classroom rules that will be needed for the classroom along with a rationale for including these particular rules
A chart listing the predictable and recurring events where routines and procedures will be needed and the routines that will be used.
A sample letter to parents that can be sent home near the beginning of the academic year that defines the basic rules and solicits their support.
A range of consequences that can be applied with misbehavior occurs that is appropriate for the age and grade level of the students defined in the demographic information.
