Discuss the the unique characteristics of cyber terrorism

There are a variety of ways that a cyber-attack can cause economic damage. In many cases, attackers
try to “penetrate” systems in order to steal technology or other sensitive information. When do you
think an attack can be classified as cyber terrorism?

Discuss along these lines
– Introduction to cyber-attacks, give examples of cyber attacks including
cyber terrorism. Define cyber terrorism, what causes it and give examples of it.
– Discuss the the unique characteristics of cyber terrorism (that is what
are the characteristics that make a cyber-attack classified as cyber terrorism)
– Discuss various ways to address cyber terrorism
– Conclude by listing the negative impacts of cyber terrorism to individuals, businesses,
and countries.
