Probation can be described as the act of releasing an offender from prison and allowing him or her back to the society but under the supervision of an officer. The person under probation does not have much freedom like the other citizens. This is based on the fact that it restricts the person’s behaviors, and incase the person violates any rule, the judge can revoke the probation.

            In most cases, low-risk offenders or first-time low breakers are the ones put on probation. Despite the statute providing for probation, it is upon the judge to determine……………..
