For this assignment you must interview a Criminal justice professional and talk about leadership issues. A criminal justice professional is someone (not a family member) who devotes or has devoted a majority of his/her work time in an administrative/ managerial/ leadership capacity to a police agency, a court related position, the Department of Corrections, juvenile justice, etc. Some military professionals may be valid interview subjects, depending on their title. Individuals connected to the private sector (corporate executives for example) and recently retired executives can be selected with prior approval.
Prepare a report of your interview. You must include interviewee information, a first person narrative about the interview process, including why you picked this person, how the interview was conducted, and a general description of the interview process, your impressions, and conclusions. You must include your questions and the interviewee’s responses. The full description and outline of expectations for this assignment is provided in the course.
