The purpose of this assignment is for you to collect insight about another person’s perspective of race and justice in America.
For this unit, you will conduct an interview based on the questions you developed in the Unit II Scholarly Activity. Do not conduct the interview until you have received feedback from your instructor on your Unit II Scholarly Activity assignment.
After you conduct your interview, prepare a summary of your interviewee’s perspective. This summary should focus on his or her answers and any supporting/contradicting information from the textbook or unit lessons. The summary should not include any of your own opinion. Please do not submit a transcript of the interview, and do not submit a list of questions and responses. Instead, summarize/paraphrase the information, and organize the information using the headings below.

Your scholarly activity must be at least two pages in length. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying APA citations. Please refer to p. 6 of the Citation Guide to properly cite a personal communication (i.e., the interview). Papers must contain an introduction and a conclusion, and please use APA headings for organization.
