The subject to be debated is “Has the Supreme Court of the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s has swung too far to the right by overemphasizing the rights of society and under emphasizing individual rights?” Choose a side and cite as many cases as possible in the area of search and seizure in order to defend your stance.
