            In this case, Michael Costanza filed a case against Jerry Seinfeld and producers for violating his privacy. This is because the comedy character George Costanza was based on his personal life. The case was first heard in 1999, and Costanza lost.  A decade later, the he still lost the case as the Appellate judges of the Supreme Court upheld the 1999 ruling.
