WEEK EIGHT: INTEGRATING FAITH AND LEARNING ESSAY ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
In our last week together, we will learn and apply Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into the exciting field of Real Estate Operations. CSR is simply a term used for corporations/firms being socially responsible to society, not to the environment. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ demand us to do two things in our lives; “love God with all of our hearts and to treat our neighbors like ourselves.” CSR is fulfilling part of the great commission. Corporate sustainability on the other hand is an approach geared towards creating long-term stakeholder value.
INSTRUCTIONS
Before answering these four RQs you should have completed the reading assignments for Week Four.NOTE: The more each student knows about the theory associated with each research question the more precise and in-depth the research agenda will become. In addition, a strong theory and research section will also guide the analysis section (the last section). The analysis section is where each student will thoughtfully contemplate the theory and research and then “analytically” connect the two. In your professional careers the analysis section will guide the company. In grad school your analysis section should be connected to your course.
