The lawyer for whom you work has a client, Dr. Gregory Casa, who is interested in joining with two other doctors to form a medical practice. The three physicians anticipate employing a staff of thirty, including x-ray and lab techs, nurses, and physicians’ assistants in addition to office personnel. He has asked you to research and compare options for the practice to be a General Partnership, a Limited Partnership, or a Professional Corporation. Dr. Casa wants to ensure that his personal assets have the greatest protection possible.
