Using your three references, plus any others you desire, write a short (1-2 page) introduction to your construct of interest. Include:
The name of your construct of interest
A general/theoretical definition of your construct.
Identifying features of your construct. These should be behaviors/thoughts/feelings that characterize the construct within most individuals (i.e., operationalize your construct. What does it look like? How would you measure it?)
E.g., “Openness to experience is characterized by intellectual curiosity, self-examination, active imagination, and desire to seek out new experiences (Costa & McCrae, 1992).
TWO Behaviors or features of individuals that should be related to scores on your construct
E.g., “people high in openness to experience has been found to be positively related to creativity and intelligence (Steel et al., 2008).
ONE Behavior or feature that should be UNRELATED or LESS related to scores on your construct (compared to the related constructs mentioned in d. above.) **These should be things where you would say \”If I know how a person scores on my construct, I still have NO idea whether they will be high or low on this feature\”
E.g., “Openness to Experience is generally unrelated to life satisfaction (Steel et al., 2008).”
Be sure to support your statements with references, use APA-style in-text citations, and provide a reference section with at least three peer-reviewed references.

I feel like the easiest construct would be something like self esteem. I need to have 2 constructs that are related and 1 that is unrelated.
