Complementary or symmetrical patterns

When symmetrical sequences occur in conflicts, how could applying flexibility help the conflicts from escalating? (topic 2)

I once put up a business where I was always conflicting with my customers. I used to act in non assertive manner that made my customers annoyed and rejected my products (Adler, & Proctor, 2011). We used different but mutually reinforcing behaviors whereby the customer claimed that the price of the products had escalated. This type of conflict increased hostility and isolation due to blame game. Such accusations made my customers to seek for alternative better prices from my competitors. This was a huge blow to my business and as result huge losses were experienced. This type of conflict has negative effects which causes disagreement between two parties. In case of such a problem, it is preferable to use collaborating method to solve the problem. This type of reconciliation brings cooperation and unity between the two parties. The result is that both parties are satisfied with the results of the reconciliation (West, & Turner, 2009). Based on this discussion. please answer # 2 question with 75 words.

This can be reflected in assertive manners which I reacted and which were extended even to my clients. This was a major blow because they later had to run away from my asymmetrical behavior which encourages aggressiveness……………………..
