You have read about classical, biological, and psychological explanations for criminal behavior. This assignment requires you to compare theories already explored in this module. As you prepare this assignment, you should list the tenets for each theory. Think about how they build on the previous theories and then deviate into a new explanation for behavior.

Describe how these theories are both similar to and unlike one another.

Introduction

            Many theories have been formulated in the quest to try and find out the reasons behind people’s criminal behaviors. These theories try to explain why there are some members of the society who can follow the law, hence up in doing activities. These theories are classical, biological and psychological.  These theories enable people to understand people’s behavior and their reasoning towards criminal actions (Marsh & Katz, 1985).

            According to classical theory, individuals can live in harmony and any person who chooses to commit crime does so willingly, as there are no factors that compel him or her to do so. People are afraid of committing crime or going against the social norms………………..
