What would be the three things/items you would want them to focus on and implement in their departments

This week has seen community unrest across America that we have not seen on this scale in many years. The murder of George Floyd has made the importance of good Police and Community more important than ever before. If you could have the Police Commissioners of the 100 largest cites in the United States in a room paying attention to you, what would be the three things/items you would want them to focus on and implement in their departments to get our country on a better path in police/community relations.
