Listening styles are: Understand and retain info, passive, build and maintain relationships, evaluate messages, appreciate and enjoy.
Non-listening styles are: Pseudo listening, stage hogging, selective listening, filling in the gaps, insulated listening, defensive listening, ambushing, analyzing/advising/evaluating. Response styles are: Active- questioning, paraphrasing, empathizing, directive supportive.
