A good communication plan will be essential in ensuring the flow of information among the team members participating in the project.  When developing the communication plan, it is important to consider the objectives of the communication, the target group for the information, reasons behind conferring the information, the main message I intend to deliver and the people who will be assigned with the responsibility of conferring the message among others.
