After Reading the William Beaumont Hospital and Jeri Antilla case above consider the following questions. Do you agree with the decisions made in the Beaumont case with regard to the terminations of Antilla and Brandt? Why or why not? Do you agree with the decision regarding the provisions of Beaumont’s Code of Conduct and whether they violated Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act? Why or why not?
