Reflecting on the experience will help the student to understand the challenges they faced and how they can improve their skills and knowledge. By identifying areas of improvement, the student will be able to develop a plan for future growth and development. Additionally, the assignment helps the student to understand the impact of the experience on their personal and professional development and identify actions to take as a result of the experience.
Choose a clinical experience that you found particularly challenging or meaningful and write a reflection paper.
