PART 1 :Ten years after the Academy Award®-winning An Inconvenient Truth brought climate change to the forefront of mainstream culture An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power proves to be more relevant than ever today. The documentary follows up on the first film which looked at global warming and climate change and it presents and explains to the public a crisis that impacts and will impact us all. This film, discusses climate change and global warming as a global issue, affecting all people on Earth, regardless of their nationality, religion or social status.
Directions: Pope Francis writes, “The gravest effects of attacks on the environment are suffered by the poorest.” Write a two page summary discussing some of the main points that arise in the documentary presented by Al Gore and the movement of Global Warming, that directly relates to what Pope Francis writes. In doing so cite specific examples from the documentary.
