Post this flyer in the discussion and provide a short rationale for the items your chose to include in the flyer. Be sure to cite the Dweck article (and any additional support materials).
Note: Do not get caught up in formatting. It is less important that your flyer is attractive or laid out in a visually appealing way than it is that the substance is on point—substance first, flair second.
