Context of the Organization

HealthCare Pharmacies is in a time when the environment at which it operates is increasingly changing with shorter periods. The organization needs a strategy or procedures that will help it to maintain and keep up with the factors affecting its environment in terms of growth and competition. HealthCare Pharmacies needs to assess and find out the factors that exist within their operating environment but which the organization has little or no control over. Organizational change requires readiness of the employees and analysis of the capacity to implement the change smoothly.
