Students are responsible for creating (be creative!) their own team building exercise for a company of case managers to participate in together. The point of this team building exercise will be to build teamwork, encourage partnership, and create bonds between co-workers and fellow case managers. Students will then explain how this particular team exercise will benefit the company as a whole.
HOW WILL THIS ASSIGNMENT RELATE TO YOUR FUTURE CAREER?
Case managers often times work as a team with either other case managers, or perhaps therapists, social workers, or other professionals. Case managers need to know how to work together as a team to achieve a common goal.
