As you work with your case study client family, it is important to learn from previous events to ensure you are providing quality care. In this assignment, you will review a video about a previous event that may have been similar to what your client family experienced. You will evaluate how this event was mediated and determine if the strategies and interventions used were effective. Based on your evaluation, you will then propose improvements to strategies and interventions to enhance future outcomes.

Use the evaluation road map described in “Using Evidence to Improve Refugee Resettlement: A Monitoring and Evaluation Road Map” and respond to the following:
- Identify all the strategies, practices, and policies implemented in the video.
- Identify the human rights policies that support the choices made on behalf of the community.
- Critically review the intervention and service strategies.
