I want to let the school know all the advantages this event will have to the kids once a week and how it will motivate them to come to school.
In addition, let the schools know that my mobile game truck is fully insured within the limit of state law for such service. Also, include that the Mobile Game Truck comes as a package deal also where package 1 is 2 hrs of virtual gaming, which has car race, plane simulator and oculus quest 2 ($500), package 2 has virtual gaming with foosball ($600), package 3 has virtual gaming with foosball and bounce house ($700).
